	Fried or Grilled Alligator - Golden Fried or Grilled Louisiana Alligator served with in our famous home made creole mustard "dippin" sauce		Cochon De Lait - Slow cooked Roasted Pork seasoned with a Cajun rub and stuffed with garlic and jalapenos.
	Blackened Shrimp Jambalaya - A traditional New Orleans rice dish seasoned with Andouille sausage and chicken tossed in a Cajun tomato sauce topped with jumbo blackened shrimp		Bread Pudding - Our home made version of a warm New Orleans classic dessert soaked over night and loaded with peaches and raisins topped with white chocolate creme anglaise.
